BRYANT YOUTH PRE-PROFESSIONAL
PROGRAM

Finding Inspiration in Every Pirouette

The Bryant Youth Pre-Professional Program (BYPP) is CMDC's premier training program for serious young Dancers who demonstrate the talent, commitment, and discipline to pursue advanced Dance training. Designed for students with aspirations of performing professionally or continuing their Dance education at the collegiate or conservatory level, the program provides comprehensive, conservatory-style instruction in a challenging and supportive environment.

Under the Artistic direction of Homer Bryant and Taylor Edwards, Dancers receive rigorous training rooted in Classical Ballet while developing versatility through a diverse curriculum that includes pointe, , variations, pas de deux, jazz, modern, contemporary, floor Ballet, Hiplet™, Rep, and performance studies.

Students also participate in master classes, workshops, summer and winter intensives, and performance opportunities that expose them to nationally and internationally recognized Artists.

The Bryant Youth Pre-Professional Program challenges Dancers to develop the discipline, work ethic, resilience, leadership, and Artistic maturity required to succeed both on and off the stage. They learn the value of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and creative thinking while building the confidence to pursue their goals with purpose.

Through high-level training, mentorship, and performance experience, the Bryant Youth Pre-Professional Program prepares young Artists for their next stage, whether that includes professional Dance careers, higher education, or becoming leaders within the arts. At its core, the program reflects CMDC's belief that exceptional Dance training should also develop exceptional people.
