The Hiplet NEXT Training Program is CMDC's advanced training and mentorship program designed for Dancers who aspire to perform the internationally recognized Hiplet™ technique at the highest level. Serving as the official training pipeline to the professional Hiplet™ Ballerinas Professional Company, the program develops technically strong, versatile Artists who embody the athleticism, Artistry, musicality, and performance quality that define Hiplet™.

Building upon a solid foundation in Classical Ballet, Dancers receive specialized training in the Hiplet™ technique while continuing to strengthen their skills in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Conditioning, and performance. Students are challenged to master the precision and discipline of Classical Ballet while embracing the energy, musicality, and cultural influences that make Hiplet™ a groundbreaking Art form.

The Hiplet NEXT Training Program is divided into progressive levels:  Hiplet NEXT Kids, Hiplet NEXT Stars, Hiplet NEXT Divas, and Hiplet NEXT Diamonds, allowing Dancers to advance based on their age, technical ability, and Artistic development. Throughout the program, students participate in rehearsals, workshops, master classes, community performances, and mentorship opportunities that prepare them for the expectations of professional performance.

Hiplet NEXT develops confident, disciplined, and resilient young Artists who understand the responsibility of representing the Hiplet™ legacy. Through rigorous training, performance experience, and mentorship, Dancers are prepared for future opportunities with the Hiplet™ Ballerinas, collegiate Dance programs, and professional careers in the performing Arts.
