Our mission at Chicago Multi-Cultural Dancer Center is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance classes, but a unique experience in which the student can grow both mentally and physically as a dancer. Our highly trained and certified instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and disciplines.

Tots Combo (3-5 year olds)

Tots Combo is a class designed for young movers to begin learning dance in an environment catered to their attention span. Their class is made up of 17 minutes of each style (allowing a 3 minute space to change their shoes):

Ballet (Creative Movement), Tap, and Acro/Tumbling.

Open Dance Program (Saturdays)

The Open Dance program allows students the opportunity to study dance at their own pace. Open Dance students can choose their own schedule, and try different styles of dance.

Open classes include Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, African, and Acro/Tumbling.

Bryant Pre-Professional Program (BYPP)

The BYPP training program offers a pre-professional training track for students who are ready to train multiple days per week.

The BYPP track is designed to create a strong and versatile dancer that is ready to enter a collegiate or professional dance setting. While the program is based in ballet students will be trained in a wide variety of styles including Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, and African.

Placement audition is required.

Adult Classes

Classes for adults are offered through CMDC and Tango Chicago in the following:

Floor Barre, Ballet, Stretch/Tone, and Tango
